[FIX] theme_*: fix s_text_cover design

This commit has two main goals:
1. Adapt the copy of the `s_text_cover` snippet to fit each theme
2. Introduce custom images for each themes, as the `s_text_cover` was
always using the same image until now
This commit also fixes some conflicting classes due to a change of
`background-color` in the default snippet.

[FIX] theme_*: adapt s_key_benefits col-lg-* xpath selectors

This commit adapts the xpath for the `s_key_benefits` snippet that were
targeting `col-lg-4`.
As we switched the layout of this snippet to columns, we reviewed the
layout a bit, resulting in one single `col-12` on top, rather than
`col-4` and `col-12`.
As we remove this `col-lg-4`, we need to adapt all the xpaths.

[FIX] theme_*: fix s_cover text readability

This commit fixes a readability issue on the `s_cover` snippet.
Prior to this commit, the background was set to `o_cc4` which was quite
arbitrary, but could also create readability issues in some case.
As the image has a black filter on top of it, setting the `o_cc` class
to `o_cc5` will ensure a readable text no matter the theme/industry.

[FIX] theme_*: make s_picture image responsive by default

Some themes were making the s_picture image responsive on their own. It
is now done generically, so the theme extensions must be removed to be
able to merge.

[FIX] theme_*: remove unused configurator snippets

When shapes were extracted to configurator snippets in [1], some
configurator-specific snippets were created that do not appear on pages
of the specific theme.
Because in [2] the call to `_generate_primary_snippet_templates` is done
on a full list of themes instead of only the installed ones, the problem
was not noticed: if any theme defines a block, it's website-side
configurator-specific template is generated.
This is not the case during an upgrade: the templates are generated only
for the installed themes. Because of this some "useless" configurator
templates trigger an error when importing their XML definition because
their parent template does not exist.
This commit fixes this by removing those templates.

[FIX] theme_*: remove duplicate and conflicting classes from new pages

Given that the duplicate and conflicting classes resolved by the
previous commit did still exist at the time new page templates were
introduced in [1], they could not be avoided for new page templates
snippets.
This commit removes those from the new page templates snippets now that
they have been removed from the base snippets.

[FIX] theme_*: remove duplicate and conflicting classes

When default snippets have been updated to rely on color presets ([1]),
some themes were not adapted accordingly.
This also happened whenever paddings of base blocks were modified.
Because of this there are elements in themes for which some classes are
applied several times, and some where classes are not removed before
adding a contradicting one.
This commit adjusts the classes so that themes neither:
- produce snippets with duplicated classes
- produce snippets with contradicting classes (e.g. two different
bottom paddings on the same element)
This commit also fixes a typo from [2] which was the source of
duplicate classes.

[FIX] theme_*: fix some configurator templates

Since [1] when background shapes were extracted to configurator-specific
templates, some xpath were broken.
By separating the definition of the shape from the definition of the
base snippet theme customization, changes between `container`,
`container-fluid` and `o_container_small` are already applied before
taking the shape definition into account.
This commit fixes the templates which have this issue.
