This commit adapts the xpath for the `s_key_benefits` snippet that were
targeting `col-lg-4`.
As we switched the layout of this snippet to columns, we reviewed the
layout a bit, resulting in one single `col-12` on top, rather than
`col-4` and `col-12`.
As we remove this `col-lg-4`, we need to adapt all the xpaths.

Some snippets contain incorrect font style that are not achievable using
the editor (for example: <h2 class="display-3"> in the "Key benefits"
snippet).
These snippets were adapted in the community commit linked to this one
to align with what the editor would generate if we recreated them from
scratch.
In this commit, we adapt the themes following the change in community.
We also fix a few issues (e.g., wording for the ´s_numbers´ snippet)
noticed during the changes.

This commit aims to adapt tests within each themes that uses the
`s_three_columns` snippet.
As we introduce the `Columns` category within the snippet modal, we are
moving the `s_three_columns` from the `Content` category to the `Columns`
one. This implies an adaptation of the tests where the `s_three_columns`
was defined as part of the `Content` category.

Following the recent shift to a 4-column layout in the theme picker [1],

In order to simplify the tours API, it was decided to remove the
extra_trigger key from the steps.
To check that an element is in the DOM, simply create a step with
a trigger.

To make sure the required primary templates have been generated from
the theme's manifest when inherited views are imported/updated, this
commit triggers their generation from a first imported XML file.
This has been added to all themes for consistency, even the ones that
do not require it currently.
