This commit adapts all the `xpath` expressions inside design themes to
target the new heading tags that were changed within the snippet files.

This commit mirrors the changes made to the `s_three_columns` and the
`s_comparisons` snippets, adding the use of the `s_card` snippet in them
in the community counterpart.

Benoit Socias d206c11972 [IMP] theme_*: extract shapes to configurator-dedicated templates 
This commit extracts the pre-defined section shapes from blocks into
templates that are dedicated to being used by the configurator.

For blocks that are not used in configurator pages, the configurator
templates have not been created.

Younn Olivier da5c40ff38 [IMP] theme_*: use theme colors for snippets background 
This commit changes the bg-200 static color that some snippets were
using, for the second theme color so that blocks backgrounds connect
well together.
