[IMP] theme_*: adapt themes with new s_striped_top snippet

*: (anelusia, artists, aviato, beauty, bewise, bistro, bookstore, buzzy,
clean, enark, graphene, kea, kiddo, loftspace, monglia, notes,
odoo_experts, orchid, real_estate, vehicle, yes, zap)

This commit adapts the design of new `s_striped_top` snippet for
multiple themes.
